Our Partial Planning package includes all Wedding Day Coordination elements as well as assistance in the over all planning of your event. We will finalize the remaining décor details, review & negotiate contracts & become the main contact for your vendors. Hustle & Bustle will lend input to design elements & provide monthly checklists for the bride & groom. We will also assist with your seating chart, invitations, rentals, budget, & attend vendor meetings. This package is, commonly, for the bride & groom who have a distinct vision & have already achieved a healthy chunk of the planning. We will fulfill the remaining elements to execute your flawless event.Hustle & Bustle’s most exquisite package is the, all-inclusive, full on wedding planning package. This package entails all elements of the Semi Planning Package as well as spearheading the overall planning & execution of your wedding day. We establish the perfect locations for your ceremony & reception that agree with your vision & theme. We plan & execute the design elements appropriate for your budget & style. We refer, negotiate, & book the absolute best vendors for your wedding. Hustle & Bustle will support your budget. This package also includes the booking of the rehearsal dinner, unlimited vendor meetings, assistance with place cards, RSVP list, & décor of bridal suite. This package is most fitting for the couple who would not like a big role in the planning process but would like to be the absolute influence of our arrangements.
Hustle & Bustle'’s ‘Day-of’ wedding coordination package is often referred to as a 'week of' or "month of" service. This basically means we are in charge of the set up, flow, & break down of your ceremony, & reception. Decorating, consulting with guests & vendors, & making sure you are having fun, are our major concerns. Also, managing the pace of the flow of events is a huge part of our responsibility. Of course, there are a zillion details in between which we will go over, together, as the planning progresses. Each & every wedding is different & requires unique requests. We don't have one generic list of things we do for you. Your wedding will have its own custom made itinerary. This is a valuable tool we produce for you & give a copy to the key people involved with your wedding. We also bring an emergency kit to keep handy for those sticky situations. Double sided tape is a life saver! At your wedding, your DOC will be the go-to person, if anyone has a question. Nobody should approach you for details on your day. Give us your cell phone, if needed!From now until your wedding, you & your DOC will have unlimited phone & email contact & in person meetings, when needed. We want you to trust us & keep us in the loop as to what is going on with your planning. Please ask as many questions as you would like. We answer phone calls & emails all day, giving referrals & advice. About two weeks prior to your event, we will sit down & have a very thorough meeting. You will then hand over the finalized details & contact info of your bridal party & vendors. We basically take it from there & you can sort of wash your hands of the planning process! We will call & confirm your vendors. So, in a nutshell, your DOC is your assistant, friend with your best interest, & wedding coordinator for your wedding. Just remember, no request is too minor.
