If for many couples the fateful day is now near, for others this is one of the moments in which they are in the initial stages of the organization of the wedding.
We are considering the period, the location, the time… All important decisions that will greatly influence the success of the event.
Yes, because a “beautiful wedding” not only determines its appearance, its elegance, but also its flow, its timing and its activities.
Before we get to talking about the ” Timeline ” and the salient moments to plan, as you will read in the next posts, I advise you to dwell on one of the first decisions:
will your rite be civil or religious ? And will it take place near the location where the reception will be held or at a considerable distance?
The already basic religious rite tends to be longer than the civil one, especially if it is celebrated in a church not adjacent to the place of reception.
Watch out for the movements you will foresee!

The “few kilometers” that do not cause any concern on the map, in reality, in some cases, should be an alarm bell.
In addition to being a reason for “delays and unforeseen events”, it may be inconvenient for someone to have to do a long relay race between house-church-location-house.
Remember who will arrive from out of town when you choose the time, ritual and area.
If for someone it might be too uncomfortable you could consider finding a hotel accommodation nearby.

On the invitations you will also need to provide all the clear and necessary information to prevent any of them from getting lost.
A solution for those who still plan long journeys is to rent a bus. In this way everyone will move at the same time, at an “established” time, no one will get lost on the street and… young people will be able to relax and have a few more toasts!
Finally, always keep in mind that “moving” 100 people is not the same as doing it with 30. Even just a simple move of the area in the same structure can take a lot of time, both for logistical reasons and because the guests that day will rightly want to enjoy every single moment in total tranquility (and many of them do not even imagine that in reality you have prepared a tight schedule for each activity).
So this will have to come back to your mind even when you are doing the first inspection in the location of your dreams.
Ask yourself now:
How many zones do guests have to cross? How many trips will it take?
Someone will be pleasant, too many will bore and tire people, especially if on a hot and sultry day, if in a particularly hot or cold time, especially if you have many elderly guests or families with children. But I will dwell on this reasoning again and in detail in a future post.
So, remember to evaluate each proposal based on your needs and your cases.
